Refund policy

Angela's Skincare is handmade in small batches. Due to the nature of our Handmade products, returns or exchanges will not be offered for the reason of general dissatisfaction. We encourage you to reach out to us before making a purchase, should you have any questions about a specific product. 

Once an order has been shipped it is considered a completed transaction and is subject to our standard Return Policy. Refusing a package does NOT entitle you to a full refund. Refused packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee (this covers cost incurred for fulfilling the order) plus the cost of shipping and handling.

Damage, Defective or Incorrect Products 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item. If the product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please send a photo of the damaged or incorrect items to info@angelaskincare.ca within 24 hours upon receipt of your package. Please also include the order number or confirmation number in your email. Product claims that have been approved for replacement are shipped within 72 business hours using the same shipping method from the original order. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refund / Returns
All returns must be pre-approved by Angela's Skincare.

Unopened / Unused Products must be returned within 30 days from purchase date. The item(s) must be in original, clean, re-sellable packages (no signs of tampering). Item(s) returned without its original packaging or with signs of tampering is NOT eligible for a refund and will be discarded.  For items purchased in kits, all parts, pieces and products belonging to the kit must be returned otherwise refund / replacement is VOID. Product returns must be received unused with all tags attached.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
