Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship to Canada, the United States, the UK, Australia, and many other countries — the full list of countries shows at checkout. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (up to 5 during holidays). Typical delivery times: Canada 3–7 business days, US 3–10 business days, international 1–3 weeks.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $8 CAD to Canada and the US ($18 for express), and $15 CAD to other countries we ship to. Within Canada and the US, orders over $100 CAD (after any discount) ship free — and every 3rd order ships free. Free shipping can't be combined with discount codes.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Some items can't be returned — including opened personal care products, sale items, and gift cards. To start a return, email info@angelaskincare.ca with your order number and we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Once your return is received and approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. See our full Refund Policy.
How should I patch test a new product?
Apply a small amount to a discreet area of skin and wait 24 hours before first full use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician.
Are your products natural and organic?
Yes — we formulate with natural and organic ingredients, made in small batches in Canada. All of our products are cruelty-free and 100% natural.

How do I track my order?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days, and we email you a tracking number as soon as yours is on its way. You can check it anytime on our Track your order page with your order number and email — or your tracking number. Only have your email? The same page can email you the status of your orders.
